Simply email the talent team (talent@timelineathlete.com) with your name, age, instagram page and website if you have one and they will get back to you.

All our products are manually quality checked before being sent out, however, sometimes they could be damaged while out for delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please email customerservice@timelineathlete.com with your name, order number and image(s) of the damaged garment. This will ensure that our team resolves the issues as quickly as possible.

Our carriers aim to deliver all parcels within 3 business days of it being dispatched. If you haven't received it within this period and haven't received any communication from us, please contact customerservice@timelineathlete.com.

Refunds can take up to 30 business days, however, in normal circumstances, it will take around 14 business days.

For customers in the UK, orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes.

For customer outside of the UK, orders are delivered with DHL or your local postal service.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it's not possible to change the order, however, we may be able to assist you depending on how quickly you request the amendment after placing the order, please email customerservice@timelineathlete.com.
